Mira.exp, Chapter I marks the first collection by Gonçalo Mira, a newly analog photographer who also happens to be my brother.

Over the past 2 years, I have closely observed his journey of exploration and capturing images. As he stored them in a drawer, I secretly designed a photo book, meticulously setting together various series of his photographs, crafting seamless narratives.

At the heart of this collection lies a profound concept, an exploration on the intersection between his past experiences and photography as is own expressive art form, through feelings and thoughts. It is a testament to the fusion of Gonçalo personal history, artistic vision, and the emotive power of analog photography.
